Notice of Company Name Change

Effective February 2026, we have changed our company name from CuzLab to KotoBa.
CuzLab was established in September 2022 as the business entity that served as the main point of contact for the representative’s commissioned work. As we continued our work, we began shifting our focus toward projects we plan and create ourselves. We built our own studio and production structure, and have been developing original works to share with a wider audience.
Going forward, we will independently plan and produce entertainment across games, video, and music, and take our projects through release.

To make this direction clear in our name as well, we changed our company name to KotoBa LLC in February 2026.
KotoBa is a name that reflects our commitment to activities centered on creating “places for experiences” around entertainment. Commercial creative work only exists because there are people who receive it. We believe creating a work also means creating an experience for the audience. That is why we chose the name KotoBa, to keep our focus on building experiences and the “place” where those experiences happen.

We will continue our business with a strong emphasis on experiences delivered through our works. Thank you for your continued support of KotoBa LLC.
